And this new information leads us to wonder what is Remote Play. It is a feature implemented on PS5 , whereby players can access their PS5 from a PC , a mobile device, as well as from PS4 or another PS5 console. This remote play feature was already available on PS4, but it didn't go that far. It was added in 2019 with the PlayStation 4 update 7.00 that allowed to play the console titles on any iOS and Android mobile.

To get started you need the application known as Remote Play (PS Remote Play) which is already available for iOS, Android, Windows 10 and macOS. You can download it for free from the main digital stores for the corresponding devices such as Google Play , App Store , Windows 10 or Mac APPP Store. Finally, you have to take into account several requirements to access this function from the mentioned devices.

4. Enter the details of your PSN account linked to PS5.
5. Select [Settings], to adjust the video quality, resolution or FPS .
6. Select [PS5] which will connect automatically after detecting the console.

Once connected, the screen of your PS5 console appears on your PC as you know it and you can start enjoying all the games available. If you have multiple PS5 consoles, you have to choose which of the two you want to connect to. Exiting Remote Play (PS Remote Play) is as easy as pressing the [X] in the upper right corner like any Windows window. Upon confirmation, the computer screen will return to its original state.

4. Connect the DualShock 4 controller to the iOS or Android mobile

1. Press and hold the [Share] button .
2. Press and hold the PS button on the controller until the lights blink.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and select the DualShock 4 controller from the list of detected devices.

When pairing is complete, the light on the controller will stop flashing but stay on.
