This very often fixes problems that occur in connection with the camera of the Huawei P20 Pro: Resetting the camera app of the Huawei P20 Pro Start on the start screen and navigate to the following submenu of Android:
- Settings -> Apps and Notifications -> Apps
Search for "camera" and open the entry or info card by tapping on it. In the next window select "Storage". There are two buttons here:
- delete data
- Clearing the Cache
Then restart the Huawei P20 Pro and open the camera app.
