Solution 1: restart your Samsung mobile (or use Safe Mode)
It may seem not very useful, but the truth is that it can be used to repair specific errors. If the problem persists after restarting the phone we will have to restart the system in Safe Mode. This mode will load only system applications to avoid conflicts with third-party applications. If the problem disappears, then the conflict comes from an application that we have recently installed.
To access this mode we will only have to press and hold the Shutdown button in the shutdown menu . The phone will automatically reboot in the aforementioned mode.
Solution 2: check out the latest installed apps
Spinning with the previous solution, if the problem comes from a third-party application, the solution is to uninstall the application in question. It is recommended to uninstall the latest applications installed on the device one by one. Sometimes these apps can conflict with the permissions of the Samsung Camera app.
Solution 3: uninstall third-party Camera apps
If we have an external camera application on our Samsung mobile, it may be the case that one of the processes necessary to make the applications that require the camera work to function has been anchored in the device's RAM memory.
This is not limited to camera applications, but also to other applications that have camera functions, such as Skype, HouseParty or Instagram . The quickest and easiest solution is to uninstall the application in question.
Solution 4: reset the Samsung Camera app
Before proceeding with the restoration of the terminal, we can try to restore the configuration of the Camera application. In this case we will have to go to Settings / Applications / Camera and access the Storage section.

Solution 5: reset your phone completely
If none of the above works, the most drastic solution is to completely reset the phone. Previously, it is recommended to make a backup copy to avoid losing data.
