Battery is the most common problem
Although in terms of software everything is well maintained, a problem with the battery may be the one that prevents us from using our mobile. Connect the charger
To find out if the problem is related to the battery we have to connect the charging cable and charger, if possible to be the original one. If after having left it for at least half an hour we cannot do it even while still swallowing, we can try another compatible charger.

Access in safe mode

- To start we have to hold down the power button until we see the Huawei logo.
- Immediately after we press and hold the volume down button.
- When the text "Safe Mode" appears in the lower left corner, we can release.
If we have managed to access with that function, we only have to uninstall the recent apps and that we do not need to avoid encountering this error again.
Recover at least your data
Before moving to a drastic solution, we will try to get our photos, video and other important files. In the mobile we usually store a lot of important information that we would not like to lose and before erasing all the data it is necessary that we at least try to extract it.
In case we have a memory card, we extract it and so at least that data will not be lost. Then we connect the mobile to the computer and wait for it to be committed, in case it does not work, we can try again to turn on the mobile and repeat the steps in safe mode to at least extract those important files.
Hard Reset, we erase everything to recover the mobile
The last possible solution is to remove all cache data and update repositories from our mobile. In this process we lose all the data, so we have previously extracted it to a computer. It is important that we connect the mobile phone to the charger in this process because we might be able to do it but if the solution is turned off in between, it could become a disaster.
- First, we press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until we see the Huawei logo.
- We are in the Recovery menu from where we move with the volume keys and access with the power button.
- With this method we place ourselves and enter wipe data / factory reset .
- We select it again on the next page.
- The process will begin and our mobile when finished should turn on automatically.
