Do you hear low or choppy calls? If you have this problem on your Samsung mobile, you can do a quick check to see if the speaker works correctly from the Samsung Members app.

Check if the voice memo or call recording apps that you have installed on your mobile are not causing some kind of conflict, causing the audio to not be heard correctly during calls. This can be a tedious process, but it can help you solve the problem.
On the other hand, if the problem is that your contacts do not hear you in the calls, try to take the test for "microphone" from the same section of "Interactive checks".
