Does your Samsung mobile connect and disconnect from WiFi ? If that's the case, there are several options you can review to fix this problem.
One of them is to take a look at the list of applications that may be affecting the operation of the WiFi. No, you will not have to review all the apps installed on your mobile one by one, since there is a simpler way to carry out this process.
It only takes a few steps:
- Go to Mobile Settings >> Connections >> WiFi
- Choose "Advanced" in the menu of the three dots
- Select "WiFi Control History"
If there are applications that have activated or deactivated the WiFi connection, they will be found in this section. So you can take a look at the list to check if there are any unknown apps or that are executing changes in the WiFi without permissions.
And if you have not detected any anomaly, then you can go directly to resetting the network settings, following these steps:
- Settings >> General Administration
- Choose "Reset" >> Reset network settings
Before doing this, keep in mind that you will delete all WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile data settings. So you will have to configure all the connections from scratch, so check if you have all the passwords and data available before starting the process.
