How to stand the PS5 vertically
The base of PS5 is circular and has a moving part.
Have you already decided in which position you want to place your PS5? Then, it is time to install the support that is included in the console package. The base is shaped like a circle and is made up of a piece that can be turned to put the console in a vertical or horizontal position. In fact, when you move this piece you will find an essential screw inside to fix the base to the console. So you only need a flat screwdriver to perform the following steps:
- Twist the circular base to grab the included screw.
- Remove the screw cap on the bottom of the console.
- Position the base with the protrusion under the power port , matching the holes in the base and the console.
- Insert the screw and tighten it with a flat blade screwdriver until it is secure.
- Now you can put the console upright and test its stability.
When you turn the base for the first time, you have to leave it in that position to put it upright. So when this compartment of the base is closed, you can place the console horizontally as we also explain below. In this same place you can find a hole to store the plug that you removed from the console so that it does not get lost.
